 Twin Lakes is a resort style family owned and operated 55 plus retirement community. The Marion Family has owned it since 1953 and it is currently run by the 3rd generation.  Yes, you can actually talk directly to the owners as they are the ones who run the office and the maintenance.  We are located on Gulf to Bay Blvd. in the heart of Clearwater, Florida in sunny Pinellas County. Our beautiful 26 acres is home to 214 lots. Our lots are very spacious and we have 6 entrances to make it very convenient to get in and out of our community safely.  

We are a land lease community, where residents own their own homes and rent the land.  The lot rent is extremely reasonable and includes water, sewer, year- round lawn mowing and dumpsters for your household garbage. Everyone in our community must pass a credit and criminal background check in order to live here.  We pride ourselves on being a safe place for our residents to call home.  There are currently only 3 resales and 1 brand new model available.  Homes in this community don’t stay on the market very long.

​We are only a short drive to Beautiful Clearwater Beach or many other local beaches. We are surrounded by any type of shopping or restaurants that you could possibly want.  Enjoy our spacious Clubhouse which offers a library, billiards, Bingo, Left Right Center, cards, games, line dancing, pot luck dinners, holiday celebrations and much more. Come out and play Shuffleboard, horseshoes or swim in our beautiful pool. The pool is heated in the winter so that residents can use it year-round. The residents also get together and do things outside of the park such as go to different local restaurants each month for lunch, gather for weekly breakfasts, and of course they go weekly to the wonderful local golf courses for a day of play. All you have to do is go on a walk around our community or go to the pool and you will make friends right away. We are lucky to have people from all over the United States as well as other countries. Our people even visit each other at their other homes or go on trips together.  We all become like family and look out for each other. We offer a casual, relaxing and carefree lifestyle.
