Lucy Lou Bailey (aka) Bailey was a rescue from Puerto Rico

Lucy Lou Bailey (aka) Bailey was a rescue from Puerto Rico  she was one of 8 puppies that came to NY to an animal shelter.  After seeing a post on Face-book we went to the puppies we especially fell in love with her .  However all the puppies had already been spoken for but they said put an application in anyway the first adopters don’t always work out.  So we went to the front desk and told the women which puppy we choose as she was looking through the papers to find out which puppy she was exactly by our description of her being the tiniest one and with one blue eye and one brown eye

the women said oh that’s Bailey.  We looked the women and said omg real-ly that’s our last name she said well definitely fill out the paperwork and if the original adopters don’t work out we will call you.  Well weeks went by and I just assumed we are not getting her.  So one Sunday night my son asked about the dog I said well they didn’t call.  To find out they had called my husband and he was surprising me that week and was picking up our little girl.  We changed her name to Lucy Lou Bailey since we thought Bailey Bailey would have been a little silly.
