Bascom’s Meat Loaf

Bascom’s Meat Loaf
 
1 pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup panko bread crumb
½ cup milk
1 egg beaten
2 tbs ketchup
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry parsley
¾ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
 
Ketchup glaze
 
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs red wine vinegar
 
Gently incorporate all ingredients
Press into small bread loaf pan
Spread the ketchup glaze on top and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Allow time for the loaf to set after baking.
Serve with your favorite sides and sauce.  Enjoy!
